1. Subscription Payments

Our platform operates on a subscription-based SaaS model. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee according to the selected plan.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

2. No Refunds for Active Subscriptions

Because our service provides immediate access to digital software and system resources, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the current cycle ends.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as intended

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
